BNH Hospital Welcomes Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC), Brunei, for Collaborative Quality and Patient Safety Exchange

On September 24, 2024, BNH Hospital, led by Dr. Yinglak Panjawaranuwat, the deputy hospital director and Ms.Duangduan Bunyasartphan, Director of Nursing had the honour of welcoming the Head of Quality and Patient Safety, Miss Jeffry Damit and Mr. Afif Matassim from Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC), Brunei Darussalam, for a special visit focused on sharing best practices and exploring collaborative opportunities. The visit marks a significant milestone in fostering international cooperation in healthcare standards and innovation between the institutions.

The objective of the visit was to exchange insights on quality management, patient safety, innovative healthcare solutions, and international patient management platform, further strengthening the quality of care for patients at both institutions. The exchange provided invaluable insights for both BNH Hospital and JPMC. The delegation from JPMC received a comprehensive overview of BNH Hospital’s quality structure, workflows, and improvement projects that are integral to maintaining its high standards of patient care. For BNH, it was an opportunity to share its innovative solutions and commitment to patient care, while also gaining perspectives from JPMC’s approach to healthcare, inspiring future collaboration in key areas of healthcare innovation and sustainability.
