Perimenopause
When women aged 45 to 50 experience menopause. This is an age when the production of female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, decrease, causing changes in the body and the risk of health problems, such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, etc. In some cases, menopause can be preceded by certain medical conditions that require medication, chemotherapy, a hysterectomy, or ovarian surgery, such as chocolate cysts, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc.

Treatment

Non-drug treatments include avoiding high-fat and spicy foods. You should also eat enough calcium-rich foods daily, eat a variety of green leafy vegetables, and exercise according to your physical condition.
Hormone replacement therapy is the most effective treatment for menopause-related symptoms, but should be used under the guidance of a medical professional for the benefits and the lowest possible side effects.
